Managerial or Executive capacity

The applicant’s primary role must be supervisory. The position must require determining goals, procedure, and/or being responsible for controlling, directing and guiding subordinate employees. It must not involve significant hands-on activity necessary for production or delivery of the good or service. First line supervisors are excluded unless those supervised are professionals
