NAFTA Business Visitors

American and Mexican Business Visitors can gain entry to Canada without a work permit. Business Visitors are broadly defined as persons entering Canada to perform duties related to the business cycle: research and design, growth, manufacture and production, marketing, sales, distribution, after-sales service and general service. The Business Visitor’s primary source of remuneration (income) and principal place of business must remain outside of Canada and Business Visitors cannot enter the Canadian labour market.
